Many of our single origin coffee beans are sourced from small farms around the world (1-2 ha) so availability of these beans will be limited and change as new stocks become available. It's a case of getting in early!

You'll note that some of our beans have 'Faircrack' endorsement.  Faircrack is an initiative of one of my coffee suppliers that is about 'Giving a little back'.  They donate 2% of coffee sales to support coffee growers in the acquisition of equipment for their enterprise.

We roast on Thursday evenings so please place your order by midday on Thursday to ensure timely delivery.

Our Current Single Origin 

Variety:    Caturra White Honey

                                        
Coffee Processing Method: Honey Processed


Origin/region information:  Tarrazu


Altitude: 1700 – 1900 metres above sea level on volcanic soil


Taste: soft body and clean sweat fruit notes.  Bright refined acidity with flavours developing to a chocolate and toffee finish.

The Costa Rica Don Mayo is roasted slightly lighter to preserve the fruit notes in this coffee.
 

 

Our Coffee Pricing

We roast Thursday night so to avoid disappointment, we need your order by midday Thursday

We can grind beans to meet your coffee making requirements (ie. espresso fine and plunger course) but we recommend the purchase of a burr grinder so you can grind your beans on demand and thereby enjoy a better coffee experience from freshly ground coffee.
