We’re always keen to support events but before making a commitment there are many factors we need to consider. Considerations include service timings, travel distance, site suitability and anticipated patronage. In ensuring your expectations are met, discuss your special event bookings with Raf.

Individual site specific requirements need to be discussed with Raf. Ideally, and as minimum, availability of power and a flat site will help with the provision of a great service and experience.

Minimum spends are applied at private functions where the anticipated patronage will not cover our investment in the event which takes into account travel to and from the event, staffing, time on-site and power.
